Update on Liam
Liam was taken off the respirator today. He's on oxygen. He is puffy and swollen and his leg is swollen because of previous surgeries and his veins are narrow. He's in pain and on morphine. He's resting right now on pain meds. I'm staying in his room watching him. Tomorrow they will see if they will remove the chest tubes. Tomorrow there will be more updates, but pictures will have to be posted later. Trying to get pictures.

Sounds like he is doing well overall...off the respirator is great news! Hope he continues to do well and that they are able to manage his pain without over sedating him! Methadone works well with ativan for Tyler as he is immune to most anything else. Keeping you guys in our thoughts and prayers!

So sorry that I haven't answered sooner. We're so glad that Liam is off the respirator and hope that his pain and swelling is much less now. We will keep watching your updates to see when the chest tubes are removed. As ALWAYS, you ALL continue to be in our thoughts and prayers. Easter blessings to all of you.
