Sorry so long for an update, i have been having computer problems and not able to get to get to this website and others to update. Liam has been doing well, he hasn't had any doctor visits or any complications. We are coming up on Liam's 1st Birthday in 2 weeks September 24th, we will be having a big party for him on the 27th so i will definitely be updating then and showing off pictures. I am going to try to post some recent pictures of Liam since i have been having problems with my computer i hope they load. We were very lucky to have not had any of those hurricanes, Tropical Storm Hannah did stay on the coast and we got a few days of wind and rain but nothing we couldn't handle. We were ready to leave if Hurricane Ike would have come through, we had ordered all Liams medicines and packed just incase, it was looking pretty scary for us for a few days but i am glad it turned away. Unfortunatley it turned up towards the coast and thru texas where i have met alot of Heart Families online and a few were in the Hospital waiting for their children to go thru the Glenn or the 3rd stage surgery the Fontan. We definitely prayed for Texas and the families and are glad that the families we do know are fine.

Hi to all,
Sorry that I haven't answered before now. My son-in-law wound up in the hospital again on Monday with blood in his left lung from the broken ribs in the Labor Day motorcycle accident. He developed pneumonia and they had to insert a chest tube into his lung to drain off the blood. Through MUCH PRAYER he is better and was able to go home yesterday with instructions to go very easy! SO, I finally was able to read your latest message and answer!! How adorable Liam looks in his cap! He continues to be a miracle little boy! We wish him a most HAPPY BIRTHDAY and know that the celebration will be wonderful for all of you! We will be thinking about you. All is well with us and we send much love to all of your family. Awww Liam looks to cute! What a busy year so far. We're both blessed with our little heart babies, how lucky are we.
I'm glad Ike passed by! and you guys are fine. How scary, Things like that make me happy I live more inland... Its scary how much a storm can change life for so many in such a short time.
